Pineapple Marinade
This sweet marinade with pineapple, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and olive oil works well with a variety of proteins and is well suited for Asian and tropical cuisines.
Yield: 1 3/4 cups (for 12 to 14 servings of protein)

TIP
For a richer Asian flavor replace the 2 tablespoon of olive oil with 1 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of Toasted Sesame Oil.
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl and mix to incorporate.
- Place desired protein into the marinade for a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes for seafood, and 6 to 12 hours for chicken, pork and beef. Keep refrigerated.
