Smoky Paprika and Apricot Aioli

Combining the smoky depth of paprika with the sweet and tangy notes of apricot creates a unique and flavorful aioli.

Yield 1 3/4 cup

Ingredient Measure
Del Monte® Apricot Smoked Paprika Sauce 1 1/3 cup
Hellman's mayonnaise 1 cup
Dill pickle juice 2 tsp
Kosher salt 1/2 tsp

Applications:

Use as a sauce for any burger - beef, turkey, salmon, veggie.

Drizzle for grilled proteins - chicken, shrimp, pork.

Dipper for fried appetizers, shrimp, chicken, fries.

Sauce for hot sandwiches and wraps.

Breakfast sandwich sauce.

Crab cake sauce. 

Directions:

  1. Combine and whisk well until blended thoroughly.
  2. Hold refrigerated until ready to use.
