Pineapple and Red Hatch Chili Glazed Salmon
Salmon is cedar plank roasted and basted in Del Monte® Pineapple Hatch Chili Sauce and served over cilantro lime infused rice with griddled onion, poblano peppers, corn and diced tomatoes.

Directions:
- Season and baste salmon filet.

- Plate with Cilantro Lime rice, julienne red onion, Del Monte® Golden Sweet Whole Kernel Corn and Contadina® Diced Tomatoes.
