Pineapple Red Hatch Chile Burger

A burger is grilled with a Carne Asada and steak seasoning and served on an artisan bun completely basted in Del Monte® Pineapple Red Hatch Chile Sauce. Served on a bun dressed with Pineapple Hatch Aioli, lettuce, tomato, red onion and cilantro.

Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Sour Cream 1/4 cup
Burger Patty, 80/20 6
Artisan Bun 6

Lawry's Casero Carne Asada Seasoning and Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning are great compliments to the flavors in the sauce.

Directions:

  1. Season and baste burger patties and grill.
  2. Combine Del Monte® Pineapple Red Hatch Chili Sauce, mayonnaise and sour cream and hold refrigerated.
  3. Build the burger with Pineapple Hatch Aioli on both sides of the bun, and serve with iceberg lettuce leaf, tomato slice, red onion and cilantro sprigs.
