Smoky Pineapple Bacon Aioli

This pineapple bacon aioli is sweet, with a hint of smoky spice and richness of bacon.

Yield 1 cup

Ingredient Measure
Del Monte® Pineapple Red Hatch Chile Sauce 3/4 cup
Hellman's mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Daisy sour cream 1/4 cup
Bacon, cooked and crumbled, finely chopped 2 Tbsp

Applications:

Use as a burger sauce for beef, turkey, salmon and veggie burgers.

Makes a great upgrade for a Club Sandwich or a BLT.

Add to chicken salad.

Use as a dip for fried appetizers, fries, chips or chicken tenders.

Goes great in Baja style dishes - shrimp and fish tacos.

Great as a pizza drizzle/topping.

Directions:

  1. Combine and whisk well.
  2. Hold refrigerated until ready to serve.
