Apricot Smoked Paprika Hollandaise Sauce

Hollandaise sauce can be elevated with the addition of apricots and smoked paprika to create a unique and flavorful sauce that can complement a variety of dishes.

Del Monte® Apricot Smoked Paprika Sauce 1/4 cup
Hollandaise sauce, prepared 1/4 cup

Applications:

Great on breakfast sandwiches with egg, sausage, bacon or turkey.

Perfect addition to brunch - eggs benedict, steak & eggs.

Breakfast skillets with pork, beef, chicken or vegetables.

Baked fish sauce.

Crab cake sauce. 

Directions:

  1. Combine and whisk well until blended thoroughly.
  2. Heat warm at 140 degrees.
