Smoky Apricot Vinaigrette

A unique vinaigrette that combines the sweet tang of apricots and the warm smoky notes of smoked paprika.

Yield 1 cup

Ingredient Measure
Del Monte® Apricot Smoked Paprika Sauce 1 cup
Vinaigrette Dressing 2 cups
Kosher salt 1/2 tsp

This sauce works great in the following applications:

Salad dressing.

Grain bowl, with chicken, shrimp and steak.

Slaw dressing.

Crudite, dressing the crudite lightly to elevate vegetable plates.

Grilled or baked fish sauce.

Directions:

  1. Combine and whisk well until blended thoroughly.
  2. Hold refrigerated until serving.
