Smoky Apricot Marinara

The pairing of smoky paprika,  sweet apricots and tomatoes creates a unique profile balancing sweet apricots with rich earthy smokiness of paprika.

Ingredient Measure
Del Monte® Apricot Smoked Paprika Sauce 3/4 cup
Marinara sauce 1 cup
Parmesan, freshly grated 2 Tbsp

Applications:

Great on hot sandwiches.

Add a new depth to your pasta sauce.

Create a unique pizza with this sauce as the base.

Serve as a dip for breadsticks and mozzarella sticks. 

Directions:

  1. Combine and whisk well until blended thoroughly.
  2. Heat to a simmer and hold at 140 degrees.
